Corporate Human Resources Executive

The key objective of this position is to champion the company's values through exceptional leadership and motivational behavior.

This will involve providing strategic guidance on all aspects of human resources, including payroll, learning and development. The successful candidate will be a strong advocate for the company, with excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive reports on human resources, payroll, and learning and development across the organisation.
  • Develop and implement effective employment policies that align with business objectives.
  • Lead and motivate a team of HR professionals to achieve organisational goals.
  • E nsure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices in human resources management.
  • Manage the human resources strategy, focusing on recruitment, employee relations, and workforce administration.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging engagement, welfare activities, and productivity throughout the organisation.
  • Transform and strengthen the organisational culture, ensuring alignment with company values and approach.
  • Develop and execute diversity, equality, and inclusion plans that support business strategy and company values.
  • C oach, mentor, and support senior colleagues to identify strengths, development needs, and career aspirations.
Requirements
  • Masters degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in a senior HR role.
  • Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills to drive performance and improve outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • A curious mindset, thinking innovatively to solve complex problems and challenges.
  • Experience managing high-performing teams and making informed decisions.
  • In-depth knowledge of employment law and regulatory requirements.
  • Effective time management, prioritisation, problem-solving, and initiative skills.
