Job Title: Chief Medicaid Architecture Specialist

Location: Hybrid - Remote work options available.

We are seeking a seasoned Chief Medicaid Architecture Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and implementing Medicaid healthcare systems, ensuring alignment with business needs and delivering high-quality technical documentation and diagrams.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and delivering the system architecture, creating comprehensive technical documentation, developing and maintaining architecture diagrams, workflows, and data flow diagrams, collaborating with business, product, and development teams to align architecture with requirements, providing guidance on technology stack, integrations, scalability, and security best practices, reviewing solutions and ensuring compliance with healthcare and Medicaid-specific standards, participating in technical discussions, and providing architectural recommendations.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Technical Architect in the healthcare domain, preferably Medicaid.
  • Strong background in enterprise architecture, system integration, and cloud solutions.
  • Proficiency in creating architecture diagrams (UML, ERD, workflow models, etc.).
  • Hands-on knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR, EDI X12, HIPAA compliance).
  • Familiarity with data security, privacy regulations, and healthcare compliance frameworks.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly.
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in Medicaid systems / government healthcare programs.
  • Familiarity with modern cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Candidates based in Hyderabad who can visit the office will have an added advantage.
