Job Title: Technical Architect – Medicaid Healthcare

Location: Madhapur,Hyderabad(Hybrid – Candidates who can come to the office are preferred)

Engagement: Part-Time (10 hours per week)

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Architect with expertise in Medicaid Healthcare systems to support our team on a part-time basis. The architect will be responsible for designing and documenting the overall system architecture, ensuring alignment with business needs, and delivering high-quality technical documentation and diagrams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and deliver the system architecture .
  • Create comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, integration details, and implementation guidelines.
  • Develop and maintain architecture diagrams, workflows, and data flow diagrams.
  • Collaborate with business, product, and development teams to align architecture with requirements.
  • Provide guidance on technology stack, integrations, scalability, and security best practices.
  • Review solutions and ensure compliance with healthcare and Medicaid-specific standards.
  • Participate in technical discussions and provide architectural recommendations.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Technical Architect in the healthcare domain, preferably Medicaid.
  • Strong background in enterprise architecture, system integration, and cloud solutions.
  • Proficiency in creating architecture diagrams (UML, ERD, workflow models, etc.).
  • Hands-on knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR, EDI X12, HIPAA compliance).
  • Familiarity with data security, privacy regulations, and healthcare compliance frameworks.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly.
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in Medicaid systems / government healthcare programs.
  • Familiarity with modern cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Candidates based in Hyderabad who can visit the office will have an added advantage.
