Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Chief Architect to lead the development and deployment of large language models (LLMs). The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and overseeing the overall architecture of LLMs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and oversee the overall architecture for LLMs to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Develop a technical strategy and create a roadmap in line with organizational goals.
- Choose the technology stack, frameworks, and tools for LLM development and deployment.
- Oversee the integration of data pipelines, model training environments, and deployment infrastructure.
- Identify potential technical risks and define mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, domain experts, and stakeholders for cohesive implementation.
- Stay updated with AI advancements and incorporate best practices to improve LLM capabilities.
- Conduct in-depth research on LLM architectures, including open-source and domain-specific models like GPT, BERT, and FinBERT.
Required Skills:
- Deep knowledge in AI, ML, NLP, and large language models (LLMs).
- Strong grasp of scalability, modularity, and security principles.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of big data technologies, data pipeline design, and data management practices.
- Expertise in CI/CD, deployment, and monitoring for ML models.
- Ability to guide technical teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills for addressing complex technical challenges.
