Human Resources Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all labor laws, regulations, and company policies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing employee engagement initiatives to enhance productivity and morale
  • Addressing employee grievances through structured grievance redressal procedures
  • Maintaining harmonious employee relations
  • Partnering with functional heads to understand manpower requirements and drive effective recruitment
  • Leading onboarding, training, and capability-building programs to align with business needs
  • Driving performance management processes, ensuring timely appraisals, constructive feedback, and career development
  • Maintaining accurate employee records, ensuring data confidentiality and integrity
  • Overseeing plant administration, including transport, travel, office management, and facility management
  • Acting as a strategic partner in plant operations, change management, and timely project completion

Requirements include:

  • Postgraduate in HR/IR/Personnel Management (MBA/MSW/PGDM or equivalent)
  • 3–5-7 years of progressive HR experience, with significant exposure to manufacturing/plant HR
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, factory act provisions, and industrial relations
  • Demonstrated experience in statutory compliance, and contract workforce management
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to drive change
  • Crisis management and problem-solving ability
  • High integrity, resilience, and business acumen
