Job Title: Chief Information Officer

We are seeking an experienced IT leader to join our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in IT strategy, with a focus on innovation and technology.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and oversee the implementation of hardware and software deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, and support based on IT infrastructure strategy.
  • Establish configuration and monitoring standards for network performance and implement controls to ensure the standards are maintained.
  • Evaluate business needs, objectives, and goals, researching IT applications necessary to meet organizational requirements.
  • Analyze complex IT business needs presented by users and customers and recommend technical solutions.
  • Develop plans for the implementation of new projects, coordinating process deliverables with project leaders and stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with 12-15 years of experience managing and directing enterprise IT operations. They will also possess a strong understanding of ITIL and cloud-based environments, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

In addition to their technical expertise, the IT leader will be expected to demonstrate strong leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and manage a team, as well as communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
