We seek a seasoned Human Resources Manager to champion talent initiatives and drive success within our organization. As the face of HR, you will provide expert guidance and support across the entire employee lifecycle.

The role entails managing multiple tasks related to HR, benefits, sales, legal, and general administration. You'll oversee projects on behalf of the executive team, ensuring seamless execution and implementing best practices, policies, and procedures across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage HR tasks, benefits, sales, legal, and general administration with precision.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in human resources management, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams or projects, showcasing strong collaboration and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record of leveraging data and insights to influence stakeholders and drive business outcomes.
  • Advanced experience managing multiple priorities, building trust with diverse stakeholder groups, and adapting to changing circumstances.
