Job Title: Employee Relations Manager

  About the Position

We are seeking an experienced employee relations professional with excellent interpersonal skills and a deep understanding of human resources policies.

  Key Responsibilities

  • The ideal candidate will have thorough knowledge of applicable labor laws and recent amendments, and be responsible for filing returns under various labor regulations.
  • They will conduct investigations into employee complaints, violations of organizational processes, and initiate appropriate actions against erring employees.
  • The successful candidate will be aware of inquiry procedures and will prepare inquiry reports, show-cause notices, warning letters, etc.
  • They will conduct regular labor law audits, respond to official notices, apply for necessary licenses, visit branch offices, and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
  • Prepare payroll inputs accurately.
  • Maintain harmonious relations with government authorities and other stakeholders.

  Requirements

  • A Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.

  • Excellent communication skills.
