Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Accounting Operations Coordinator to manage core accounting functions, support financial reporting, and ensure accurate financial documentation.
- Manage daily accounting operations including journal entries, ledger management, and bank reconciliations.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable processes accurately and in a timely manner.
- Prepare and maintain financial records and documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Support payroll processing and statutory compliance such as GST, TDS, and PF.
- Coordinate with auditors and assist in internal and external audits.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial data and ensure data accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth financial operations.
- 2-3 years of accounting experience, preferably in the food or FMCG manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software SAP and MS Excel.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
