Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Club Malwa Private Limited. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.
**Job Summary:**
This is a full-time, in-office position that requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, handling their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing accurate and timely solutions to their queries.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and assist customers with installation/uninstallation of our product and software.
- Provide product configuration guidance, troubleshoot error messages, and common issues.
- Project a professional company image through all interactions.
- Transfer customers to the appropriate department if required or escalate concerns to the next level.
Requirements:
- Experience in customer-facing roles or technical support is an asset.
- Candidates with both G/PG experience in any discipline can apply.
- Pleasant working hours include night shifts.
Benefits:
- A competitive estimated salary range: $35,000 - $50,000 per annum based on location and experience.
