Human Resources (HR) Specialist

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving initiatives to attract, retain, develop, and engage top talent while promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing talent management strategies that align with the company's objectives and values.

Some of the key duties will include talent strategy development, performance management, employee development and training, employee engagement and retention, and succession planning.

The ideal candidate will have experience in HR and talent management, with a strong understanding of best practices and methodologies. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Strategy Development: Develop, implement, and evaluate talent management strategies that support the company's long-term growth and business objectives.
  • Performance Management: Design and manage performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and career development plans.
  • Employee Development and Training: Identify training and development needs and create learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Employee Engagement and Retention: Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Succession Planning: Develop and maintain a robust succession planning process to identify and prepare internal talent for future leadership roles.
