Human Resources Manager

 

The Human Resources Manager plays a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives across HR operations, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and culture-building.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team to achieve business objectives, ensuring clear goals, balanced workloads, and accountability.
  • Oversee global mobility and travel operations: visas, deputations, travel policy compliance, and budget management.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR policies, audit readiness, and end-to-end administration (payroll, statutory filings, onboarding/offboarding).
  • Champion employee experience: office amenities, wellness programs, pulse surveys, and rapid-response action plans.
  • Design and execute culture-building strategies, including targeted initiatives, workshops, and recognition programs to boost engagement and reduce attrition.
  • Embed organizational DNA through team-led workshops, leadership forums, and signature events.
  • Design and approve total-rewards frameworks: salary cycles, incentives, spot awards, and ESOP communications.
  • Prioritize and review Learning & Development: curriculum, certification tracking, and impact reporting.
  • Drive CSR strategy and employer branding in collaboration with Talent Acquisition on social media and campus outreach.
  • Own Talent Acquisition and HR governance: sourcing, screening, offers, TA metrics, complex escalations, HRIS data integrity, and HR-tech optimizations.

Required Qualifications:

  • Post Graduation / Master's in Human Resource Management from a recognized university or institute.
  • Around 15+ years of relevant experience in Human Resource Management, including at least 5 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong analytical skills to measure and analyze HR and people performance for data-driven decision-making.
  • Proficient in MS Office with working knowledge of HRIS systems such as SuccessFactors or Workday (preferred).
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to communicate, influence, and engage effectively at all organizational levels to drive results.
  • Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
