Strategic Fundraising Lead

To be successful in this role, you will need to work closely with leadership to design and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy.

You will engage deeply with mid-segment donors and build strong relationships to secure donations for our organization.

Closely collaborate with other stakeholders to oversee the effective execution of the strategy.

  • Conceptualize and implement a purpose-driven fund-raising strategy by building deep and long-term engagements with mid-segment donors.
  • Identify and cultivate donors to understand their interests and align them with opportunities at our organization.
  • Powerfully showcase our leadership in science and technology and elicit partnerships from donors.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders to fully understand strategic priorities and co-create new avenues for donations.
  • Analyze trends and data to create avenues for fundraising.
  • Strive to exceed set targets for fundraising annually with the help of the team.
Key Qualifications

Strong educational pedigree, preferably in science or technology.

15+ years' experience in sales to UHNIs, mid-segment donors, or family offices or non-profit fundraising.

Experience in high-value relationship-based engagements.

Effective management of internal and external multi-stakeholder environments for desired outcomes.

Association with philanthropy and fundraising is a plus.Why This Role Matters
