Lead Transformation Strategist

We are seeking an accomplished Lead Transformation Strategist to spearhead our F&A transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in finance and accounting, with experience in leading large-scale transformations and consulting projects.

The successful applicant will have excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences. A visionary mindset and capacity to anticipate future technological trends and impact on F&A processes is essential.

  • Minimum 15+ years of experience in F&A Transformation
  • Strong understanding of digital technologies including AI, Data analytics, and enterprise architecture
  • Experience in transformation and consulting within finance and accounting solutions

The role requires minimal travel across the globe.
