Job Title: Community Growth and Donor Engagement Specialist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing a community of donors by implementing digital and offline campaigns to onboard new members.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing strategies to increase donor engagement and retention.
  • Building relationships with existing and prospective donors through regular communication and personalized interactions.
  • Maintaining accurate records of donor activities and generating weekly reports to inform fundraising efforts.

  • Assisting with fundraising events by managing invitations, RSVP tracking, hospital visits, and coordinating escalations with relevant teams.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
