Job Description

ASEC Engineers is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Architect to design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

The successful candidate will ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards while supporting cross-functional teams to deliver business value through automation and digital workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and architect ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Lead the development and implementation of ServiceNow applications and integrations.
  • Ensure platform scalability, performance, and adherence to security best practices.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure compliance with ServiceNow development standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need strong technical proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, REST/SOAP APIs, and ServiceNow Studio. You must also possess excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology is required.

Experience

At least 6 years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform is essential.
