ServiceNow SPM Expert

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) professional to fill this key position.

  • Act as a seasoned ServiceNow Admin with in-depth SPM knowledge, driving business efficiency through optimized workflows and streamlined processes.
  • Possess hands-on expertise in SPM modules, including Demand, Project, Portfolio, Resource Management, and Financial Planner Workspace, ensuring seamless system integration and support.
  • Conduct thorough requirements gathering and solution design, leveraging your experience in testing, rollout planning, and production support.
  • Perform impact assessments on new solutions and SPM enhancements, troubleshooting integration issues between ServiceNow and partner systems.
  • Configure scripts, catalog forms, and workflows to automate tasks and drive business results, while maintaining platform stability and performance.
  • Carry out system integration testing, unit testing, and UAT support to ensure delivery of high-quality solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant ServiceNow SPM experience, with a strong understanding of the SPM Product Suite and its integrations.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow platform administration, including Glide API, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
  • Knowledge of JavaScript and ability to troubleshoot, optimize performance, and automate tasks.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
