Job Overview:

IDFC FIRST Bank is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Car Loan Sales Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating car loan business through various channels, administering and training a team of sales representatives to expand car loan business in their locality/branch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Performance: Ensure monthly sales targets are met by acquiring new-to-bank (NTB) and existing-to-bank (ETB) customers, as well as cross-selling home loans to existing liability customers.
  • Growth and Development: Drive month-on-month growth in Execution-Only Platform (EOP) Assets for Gold loan business per branch.
  • Collections and Compliance: Ensure healthy collections with zero Fresh Emolument Miscellaneous Income (FEMI)/Fresh Payments Demand (FPD) and minimize fresh flow in Bucket X.
  • Priority Sector Lending (PSL): Tag PSL cases accurately and stay updated on PSL norms.
  • Audit Support: Collaborate with the branch liability team during audits and ensure proper communication with customers before any new account openings.
  • Marketing and Outreach: Conduct marketing activities in the local market to generate NTB Gold loan customers.
  • Travel and Ad-hoc Tasks: Be willing to work extensively in the field, travel across the region on short notice, and perform ad-hoc tasks as required by the department.

Educational Qualifications: Graduation from any recognized university. Experience: A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in car loan sales.
