Area Sales Manager for Affordable Home Loans

Role / Job Title: Area Sales Manager- Affordable Home Loans (MBL)
Function/Department: AHL
Job Purpose:
As a critical member of our team, you will be responsible for scaling up the Affordable Home loan business for the Micro Business Loan branches for a designated area. Your primary objective will be to deliver banking needs to customers in the most cost-efficient and technology-effective manner. You will closely collaborate with Retail team-product operations, sales, Information technology, credit, collection, business intelligence unit for the same. This role encapsulates the responsibility of providing a seamless and fulfilling customer experience and ensuring IDFC FIRST Bank becomes the primary bank for all banking needs.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Acquire Home loan customers in the identified segment and reference generation from the specified catchment area.
- Grow the asset under management base for home loan lending solutions and ensure that the overall revenue, cost, profitability, and portfolio quality targets are met.
- Collaborate with the product team to ensure that customers are offered the best-in-class solutions for funding or multi-funding requirements, and key direct sales team are appropriately incentivized.
- Target and Manpower planning for the region.
- Ensure recruitment and training of manpower – Branch Sales Managers/BCM/BOM
- Be responsible for meeting disbursements targets month on month.
Secondary Responsibilities:
- Meeting business targets including Fee income and cross-sell.
- Monitoring and mentoring the team and creating a career path for team.
- Keeping a regular track of competition and reporting new products / market developments to upstream.
- Managing the early Mob X bucket collection and overall portfolio management.
- Managing internal and external audit compliance.
Managerial Responsibilities:
- Identifying business areas/ Sourcing segments with high potential and execute penetration strategies.
- Tracking and improving branch profitability and portfolio quality.
Education Qualification:
Graduation: Any Graduate
Post Graduation: Any Post Graduate
Experience: 2 - 5 years of total experience.
