As an Operations Intern – Talent Sourcer, you will be responsible for sourcing and identifying potential interviewers for various roles, leveraging professional platforms, and ensuring a smooth pipeline for the Talent Acquisition team.

  1. Sources potential interviewers from job boards, professional networks, and other relevant platforms, building a diverse pool of interviewers across industries and roles.
  2. Evaluates interviewers' qualifications, experience, and fit for specific roles through preliminary screenings and shortlisting based on job requirements.
  3. Maintains an organized database of potential interviewers, ensuring regular follow-ups, tracking, and reporting of sourcing activities and results.
  4. Collaborates closely with the internal team to understand hiring needs and priorities, providing support in scheduling interviews and managing communications.
  5. Stays updated on industry trends and talent market dynamics, suggesting strategies to improve sourcing effectiveness.
Key Qualifications:
  • A degree in computer science or a related field.
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • The ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous exposure to recruitment or HR operations is a plus.

You will gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition operations, mentorship from industry professionals, and a certificate of internship completion, with potential full-time opportunities based on performance.

This is a remote internship opportunity with flexible timings from 12-9 pm, Monday to Saturday.
