Job Title: India Talent Acquirer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of India Talent Acquirer in our Civil Engineering and Architecture recruitment team. The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of civil engineering and architectural roles, excellent sourcing and screening skills, as well as the ability to develop strong relationships with clients and candidates.

The job involves:

  • Identifying, sourcing, and shortlisting high-quality candidates for civil engineering and architecture positions in India.
  • Coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date recruitment records within our internal systems.
  • Developing and maintaining effective relationships with clients and candidates to ensure a deep understanding of their hiring needs and preferences.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in engineering or architecture roles within India.
  • Excellent knowledge of civil engineering and architectural job roles, skills, and terminologies.
