Venue Coordinator

As a key member of our team, you will support the category manager in handling venue-related event inquiries. This involves shortlisting suitable venues for clients, coordinating with suppliers remotely, and managing CRM updates to ensure accurate data flow.
This role is crucial in driving smooth venue sourcing and recommendations for clients. Your strong research and coordination skills will be essential in this position, as you will need to maintain a comprehensive database of venues, track inquiries and responses, and assist planners in preparing proposals for clients.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Shortlist event venues based on client requirements and share options with planners.
- Coordinate with venue partners remotely to collect availability, pricing, and package details.
- Maintain an up-to-date venue database, including capacity, layouts, minimum spend, and F&B inclusions.
- Assist planners in preparing venue decks and proposals for clients.
- Track inquiries, responses, and booking confirmations in CRM.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or Event Management (1–4 years of experience).
- Strong research and coordination skills; fluency in English & Hindi (Arabic a plus).
- Good understanding of events and venues; prior hospitality/event experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Excel/Sheets for data management.
- Ability to multitask and deliver under tight timelines.
