About the Role

\

We are seeking an accomplished professional to lead the planning and execution of ground-based projects and events.

\

Key Responsibilities:

\
  • Plan, manage, and deliver end-to-end project execution, encompassing venue selection, setup, set design, LED displays, branding materials, and more.\
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand project requirements and design sets and venues accordingly.\
  • Develop and maintain a database of agencies for set design, lighting, stage, and event production.\
  • Liaise with hotels and venues to manage bookings, room arrangements, and event logistics.\
  • Maintain a repository of hotel options across cities for quick reference.\
  • Bring innovative ideas and creative thinking to event setups, ensuring engaging designs.\
  • Stay updated with new technologies in event production and integrate them into projects for enhanced impact.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience\
  • Proven track record in event planning, production, or project management\
  • Strong understanding of set design, lighting, and event technology\
  • Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills\
  • Ability to multitask and manage timelines in a fast-paced environment\
  • A creative aptitude with attention to detail and design\
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
