Job Title: Project Management Intern

About Raho Hospitality is not part of this job. We are looking for an intern to assist in project management tasks.

We aim to provide a comprehensive holiday ecosystem, including stays, food, local experiences, transportation services, adventure activities, and engaging workshops.

Our platform delivers end-to-end holiday experiences that connect guests with unique destinations and local cultures.

This internship is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project execution, cost control, budgeting, and reporting tools.

You will be responsible for:

  • Assisting in quantity take-off, estimation, and costing for civil, structural, and finishing works.
  • Supporting preparation of BOQs, project budgets, and cost comparisons using MS Excel.
  • Developing and maintaining Excel-based dashboards, cost-tracking reports, and project documentation.
  • Interpreting and analyzing AutoCAD drawings, architectural and structural plans.
  • Contributing to project schedules, progress monitoring, and site execution support.
  • Coordinating with vendors for procurement, material tracking, and vendor evaluation.
  • Ensuring compliance with quality standards, safety norms, and project specifications.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree (or final-year student) in Civil Engineering.
  • Knowledge of estimation, costing, and budgeting practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (dashboards, formulas, reports).
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD and ability to interpret engineering drawings.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of construction processes, procurement, and project management tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
