About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Account Manager to join our team at Nasdaq. As a Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for providing technical support services to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support services to clients, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Work closely with product and project teams to ensure successful deployment of new improvements.
- Participate in release approval meetings to ensure customer releases are delivered as committed.
- Act as Incident Manager to drive critical customer incidents.
Requirements:
- Good knowledge of capital markets and trading/clearing systems.
- At least 3-6 years of experience in Client Success within financial markets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to take meetings outside of work hours.
- Degree qualified in a field related to Engineering or equivalent work experience.
