About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Account Manager to join our team at Nasdaq. As a Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for providing technical support services to our clients, ensuring that they receive the highest level of service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support services to clients, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Work closely with product and project teams to ensure that client needs are met and that technical issues are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Participate in release approval meetings to ensure that customer releases are delivered as committed.
  • Act as Incident Manager to drive critical customer incidents.
Requirements
  • Good knowledge of capital markets and trading/clearing systems.
  • At least 3-6 years of experience in Client Success within financial markets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to take meetings outside of work hours.
  • Degree qualified in a field related to Engineering or equivalent work experience.
