Key Responsibilities:

Operational Execution:

  1. Collaborate with Sales leaders to develop and execute tactical and strategic initiatives that enhance the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the Sales organization.
  2. Partner with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance, to ensure outcomes, alignment, and collaboration on key initiatives.
  3. Identify and quantify/qualify opportunities to drive significant improvement against key metrics/outcomes.

Analytical Requirements:

  • Establish and maintain robust data analytics and reporting capabilities to track key performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
  • Develop and deliver regular reports and presentations to senior leadership, highlighting key insights and recommendations.

What You Will Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 4+ years of experience in Sales/Revenue Operations or related field, with a focus on operational excellence, transformation, and strategy.
  • Proven ability to identify, quantify/business case, and implement impactful transformation.
