We are looking for a seasoned professional to spearhead our growth strategy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business development and account management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • New Business Acquisition: Identify and pursue high-potential opportunities in the healthcare and education sectors.
  • Account Growth: Foster strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and delivering exceptional service to drive expansion.
  • Project Coordination: Ensure seamless communication between internal teams and external stakeholders, aligning efforts to achieve project objectives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with leadership to develop strategic plans and execute initiatives that drive results.
  • Client Success & Compliance: Prioritize client satisfaction, ensuring high standards of service delivery and adherence to industry regulations.
  • Performance Metrics Management: Analyze and report on staff performance and client relations metrics, informing data-driven improvement strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A proven track record in new business development and account management, particularly with U.S.-based healthcare Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and hospital systems.
  • A deep understanding of the competitive landscape in the healthcare and education sectors, with established relationships that can be leveraged for business growth.
  • Extensive experience with Vendor Management Systems (VMS) and a proven ability to acquire and manage new hospital accounts and other healthcare service accounts.
  • The ability to think creatively about solutions, develop strategic plans, and execute on initiatives that drive results.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, along with exceptional phone and in-person etiquette.
