Strategic Business Leader

As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in optimizing business performance by promoting strategic initiatives and acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-level support to executive ad-hoc requests related to project management, presentation development, and business analysis.
  • Organize complex information in a strategic and compelling way, leveraging strong design acumen and expertise in Excel and PowerPoint techniques.
  • Communicate effectively with key stakeholders to understand projects and drive next steps.
  • Coordinate team activities, prepare materials for strategic meetings, employee recognition, and working sessions.
  • Collect and maintain internal resources and documentation on collaboration sites.
  • Participate in collaborative initiatives with team members and global managers, identifying opportunities to simplify, improve, and add value to existing business processes.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related area.
  • Proven experience delivering timely, high-quality presentations and/or reporting for various projects and stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to articulate thoughtful rationale in strategic decisions.
  • Intermediate-level ability expected in all MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Pivot Tables).
  • Self-motivated, tenacious, and able to work with a high degree of independence.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with excellent time management/prioritization skills.
