Job Opportunity

We are seeking an Identity Management Professional to join our team. This role will involve designing, implementing and maintaining identity management solutions using SailPoint technologies.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement SailPoint solutions for provisioning, lifecycle automation, access certifications, and self-service capabilities.
  • Develop and automate end-to-end CI/CD pipelines to deploy SailPoint configurations, connectors, workflows, and rules across development, testing, and production environments.
  • Build custom connectors/integrations to enterprise systems, APIs, and identity protocols.
  • Author secure code using Java, BeanShell, JavaScript, or Shell scripting for rule, workflow, and report logic.
  • Monitor and support SailPoint environments with incident response, performance tuning, and proactive alerting.
Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management, with hands-on practice building and operating SailPoint solutions.
  • Proven experience in CI/CD and DevOps practices, implementing automated pipelines to support code migration and deployments.
  • Technical fluency in scripting and development (Java, BeanShell, JavaScript, Shell), and integration with directory services, cloud platforms, and APIs.
  • Solid working knowledge of IAM lifecycle processes—Joiner/Mover/Leaver, RBAC modeling, access certifications—and regulatory compliance considerations.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience working within large-scale financial services or regulated environments.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and continuous delivery pipelines.
  • Relevant SailPoint certifications.
