Job Title: Identity Governance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Identity Governance Specialist to join our team.

About the Role:

The Identity Governance Specialist will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing identity governance solutions within an organization. This includes creating and enforcing policies, procedures, and standards for user access and identity management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement Microsoft Entra solutions, including Azure Active Directory, Conditional Access, and Identity Protection.
  • Configure and manage Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
  • Integrate Entra with other enterprise systems and third-party applications for automated Provisioning & Lifecycle Management.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve identity and access-related issues.
  • Implement and manage on-prem Active Directory.
  • Automate identity lifecycle management processes.
  • Experience in deploying ENTRA on-prem agent to integrate with on-prem applications.
  • Develop and maintain identity lifecycle management processes.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Provide technical guidance and training to clients and internal teams.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with Microsoft Entra (Azure Active Directory) and on-prem Active Directory implementation and management.
  • Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management and security principles.
  • Hands-on experience with Conditional Access, MFA, and SSO.
  • Hands-on experience with ENTRA provisioning process.
  • Knowledge of protocols like SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate).
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
