Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive Bid and Offer Manager to oversee the end-to-end bid process, from qualification to contract award.

The successful candidate will work closely with key stakeholders, reporting directly to the India Head - Presales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • In cooperation with Technical Direction and Business Organizations, ensure offers and project references are ready for presentation.
  • Anticipate next major RFI/RFP and associated risks.
  • Support coordination (BU, TD, and Global Pre-sales) and define action plans for major RFI/RFP.
  • Contribute to new business strategy and development.
  • Prepare documents required for bids and support bid management.
  • Utilize the CRM tool during the bid process, supporting BM and TD as needed.
  • Qualify business and strategy to answer RFPs effectively.
  • Organize and attend Go/NoGo– Bid/NoBid meetings.
  • Ensure that group offers are best utilized and maximize the value of the ALTEN offer.
  • Support the business manager in coordinating the bid team.
  • Review offer quality and financial forms prior to submission.
  • Store information on the CRM tool and perform Lessons learned analysis.
  • Analyze risk for each bid and alert BU/Management/TD as required.
  • Transversal activities and capitalization, including issue KPIs from the CRM tool and monitoring adherence to the bid process.

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proven experience in bid management and coordination.
