Senior Business Development Executive Role

We are seeking an ambitious Senior Business Development Executive to lead our online bidding and sales initiatives with a strong emphasis on acquiring new clients in untapped markets.

  • IDentify high-value opportunities via online platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, Guru, and PPH.
  • Maximize company visibility and conversion rates by optimizing profiles across bidding platforms.
  • Create tailored proposals that address client needs and highlight unique value propositions.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and emerging opportunities.
  • Negotiate terms, close deals, and meet or exceed performance goals.
  • Develop long-term relationships with international clients.

The ideal candidate will possess 3-4 years of proven success in IT business development and online bidding, with a strong portfolio of closed deals in international markets targeting North America and Europe.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3-4 years of experience in IT business development and online bidding.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of IT services, web and app development, UI/UX, and digital marketing solutions.
