We are seeking a skilled Bancassurance Specialist to drive sales growth through strategic partnerships with bank branches.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with partner banks to foster insurance sales growth.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to boost bancassurance channel performance.
  • Provide training and coaching to bank staff to enhance their skills in generating referrals and leads.
  • Ensure the achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets by monitoring progress and adjusting strategies accordingly.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring high persistency of business and client loyalty.
  • Organize regular branch activities, customer meetings, and promotional events to promote sales growth.
  • Monitor and report branch performance to identify areas for improvement and optimize business results.

Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 2+ years of sales experience in Insurance or BFSI sector with a proven track record of success.
  • Graduate in any discipline with a strong academic background.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and achieve sales goals within set timelines.
  • Local candidates preferred due to language requirements.
