We are seeking a skilled Bancassurance Specialist to drive sales growth through strategic partnerships with bank branches.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain strong relationships with partner banks to foster insurance sales growth.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to boost bancassurance channel performance.
- Provide training and coaching to bank staff to enhance their skills in generating referrals and leads.
- Ensure the achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets by monitoring progress and adjusting strategies accordingly.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring high persistency of business and client loyalty.
- Organize regular branch activities, customer meetings, and promotional events to promote sales growth.
- Monitor and report branch performance to identify areas for improvement and optimize business results.
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 2+ years of sales experience in Insurance or BFSI sector with a proven track record of success.
- Graduate in any discipline with a strong academic background.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and achieve sales goals within set timelines.
- Local candidates preferred due to language requirements.
