Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Customer Relationship Development Specialist. This position involves managing customer relationships through effective communication, with a focus on sales and service within the BFSI sector.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Engage in inbound and outbound customer interactions to build strong relationships
  • Promote and cross-sell financial products and services (insurance, mutual funds, etc.)
  • Address customer queries and resolve concerns in a timely manner
  • Maintain quality communication and adhere to industry standards

To excel in this role, you must have:

  • Education: 12th pass/graduate experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in call center operations within the BFSI sector
  • Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English language level 6+

Key Requirements:
  • Day shift: 9:30 am to 6:30 pm
  • Monday to Saturday workdays
  • One rotational off per week
