Job Opportunity

We are seeking an individual to fill the role of Spiritual Travel Operations Coordinator, responsible for ensuring a seamless experience for our users.

The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact (POC) for customers, guiding them through their journey with timely updates and support.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Connecting with users after booking to confirm details and guide them through the next steps.
  • Sharing and updating the yatra itinerary and assisting with any changes or clarifications.
  • Helping customers redeem coupons or discounts and resolving related queries.
  • Acting as the single POC for customers, ensuring a smooth experience throughout their journey.
  • Collecting post-travel feedback to improve future yatras.
  • Coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely communication and service delivery.

Requirements include:

  • Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.
  • An empathetic user-first approach with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Basic knowledge of tools like Google Sheets and WhatsApp.
  • Availability to work from our Bangalore office, full-time for 3 months.
