Job Title: Office Operations Coordinator

  Key Responsibilities:

The Office Operations Coordinator will be accountable for overseeing the day-to-day administrative operations of the organization. This encompasses managing procurement and inventory of office supplies and assets, establishing relationships with external vendors and service providers, and ensuring seamless functioning of facilities, equipment, and utilities.

  In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate will maintain accurate records of bills, payments, petty cash, and vendor contracts, coordinate company travel arrangements, accommodations, and meeting logistics, and ensure timely documentation and filing systems are in place.

  Supporting human resources tasks such as onboarding/offboarding processes, employee attendance tracking, and leave management is also a vital aspect of this role. Ensuring compliance with organizational policies and supporting internal audits is essential.

  Lastly, supervising housekeeping and maintaining a clean and professional office environment, as well as supporting internal teams with logistics for events, training sessions, or reviews are critical to the success of this position.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy, are also essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications is necessary.
