Our organization is a leading travel agency based in India. We deliver premium travel experiences for both leisure and corporate travelers.

We seek an experienced and detail-oriented Night Shift Ticketing Specialist to manage ticketing operations during evening and night hours. The ideal candidate should have proven expertise in airline ticketing and travel services, a strong understanding of GDS systems, and the ability to handle client queries efficiently with minimal supervision.

  • Ticketing Operations:
    • Process bookings, cancellations, rescheduling, and managing domestic and international tickets.
    • Handle amendments, refunds, and re-issuances as per client requirements.
    • Monitor and resolve ticketing-related issues promptly.
  • Customer Support:
    • Provide customer service via calls, emails, and chats during the night shift.
    • Assist clients with queries related to fares, routing, and policies.
  • System Handling:
    • Work on GDS platforms (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre) for reservations and ticket issuance.
    • Ensure accurate data entry and booking processes.
  • Coordination:
    • Liaise with airlines, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth ticketing operations.
    • Update clients on travel schedules, changes, and airline policies.
  • Reporting & Compliance:
    • Maintain accurate transaction logs and prepare daily reports.
    • Follow industry regulations and company guidelines.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of proven experience in airline ticketing or travel services.
  • Proficiency in GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre). Certification is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of fare rules, airline ticketing policies, and international routing.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities in a night shift setup.
  • Reliable internet connection and a suitable work environment.
