Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Professional to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparation of financial models and investment memorandums, collating information from client teams, participating in deal-structuring discussions and due diligence support.

This is a full-time on-site role requiring strong analytical skills, data analysis capabilities and excellent communication skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • CA with strong article ship background
  • 1-2 years of professional work experience with at least 1 year of investment banking work experience
  • Research skills and data analysis
  • Prior experience in financial modelling, valuation, and M&A processes
  • Experience in creating pitch books to showcase investment opportunities
