Account Manager Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs.

You will develop and execute strategic plans to drive client satisfaction and business growth. Your primary focus will be on leading and mentoring a team of recruiters, ensuring productivity and quality.

You will act as the primary liaison between clients and our organization, generating and managing hiring requirements from existing clients. You will also ensure timely and accurate submission of candidates to clients.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Building and maintaining client relationships to understand hiring needs
  • Developing and executing strategic plans to drive client satisfaction and business growth
  • Leading and mentoring a team of recruiters, ensuring productivity and quality
  • Acting as the primary liaison between clients and our organization
  • Generating and managing hiring requirements from existing clients
  • Ensuring timely and accurate submission of candidates to clients
  • Following up on submittals and tracking progress
  • Overseeing end-to-end IT recruitment, including sourcing and screening
  • Setting goals, monitoring team performance, and driving improvements
  • Maintaining and reviewing client submission data to refine strategies
