Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders to manage business analysis activities, ensuring alignment with engineering and product goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with System Architects and Product Managers to define business processes and product needs.
  • Develop and implement effective product demonstrations for internal and external collaborators.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, processes, and changes.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A Master's degree in Life Science/Biotechnology/Pharmacology/Information Systems or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years of experience in Agile software development methodologies (Scrum).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and passion for tackling complex challenges in clinical development with technology.
  • Experience in writing requirements for development of modern web application.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with senior leadership.
