Job Title: Accounting & Payroll Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a key member of the accounting department, responsible for managing end-to-end U.S. & India payroll and invoicing operations for W2, 1099, and C2C employees.

  • Process weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly payroll for W2, 1099, and C2C employees using Intuit QuickBooks and other tools.
  • Collect timesheets from the HR Department, validate hours, and ensure accurate payroll processing.
  • Reconcile payroll records and assist with monthly and quarterly financial reporting.
  • Collaborate with the HR and Finance teams to maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll documentation.
  • Generate and send timely invoices to clients; follow up regularly for prompt collections.
  • Manage vendor payments and maintain current accounts receivable and payable records.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Apply for and manage state-specific tax account numbers.
  • Collaborate with a CPA to file and deposit taxes with the IRS and state authorities within compliance timelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in U.S. & India payroll management.
