About the Role

As a seasoned Business Intelligence Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic decisions with actionable insights. This position demands a data-driven expert who can craft compelling reports and visualizations to elevate business performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain MIS reports and dashboards for our Business Development team.
  • Analyze data trends to inform strategic initiatives and drive growth.
  • Create daily, weekly, and monthly reports using advanced tools like Excel and Tableau.
  • Ensure data accuracy and timely delivery of reports to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for process improvements and data-driven decision-making.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in Business Intelligence or a similar role.
  • Expertise in Advanced Excel (pivot tables, macros, formulas, automation).
  • Proficiency in Tableau or similar data visualization tools.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
