Lead Financial Strategist

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Lead Financial Strategist to lead our company's financial planning, management, and compliance functions. The ideal candidate will be a forward-thinking leader who can support business growth while maintaining financial health and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Financial Leadership:
  • Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting:
  • Oversee the preparation of budgets, financial forecasts, and performance analysis to guide decision-making.
  • Financial Reporting:
  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and management reports in compliance with applicable accounting standards.
  • Cash Flow and Working Capital Management:
  • Monitor cash flow, manage working capital, and ensure liquidity to support operations and growth.
  • Risk Management:
  • Identify financial risks and recommend mitigation strategies, ensure appropriate insurance coverage and internal controls.
  • Regulatory Compliance, Audit:
  • Ensure adherence to all statutory regulations, tax laws, and audit requirements, liaise with auditors and regulatory bodies as required.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Build and lead a high-performing finance team, provide coaching, mentorship, and performance management.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Collaborate with other department heads, board members, and external stakeholders, banks, investors, auditors, etc.
  • Investment, Fund Management:
  • Evaluate investment opportunities and manage relationships with financial institutions and funding partners.
