The Role: HR Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as an HR expert.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing, implementing, and managing human resources policies and procedures
  • Coordinating recruitment processes, including resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and updating HR databases
  • Managing employee benefits and compensation packages, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations
  • Conducting performance evaluations and providing constructive feedback to employees
  • Addressing employee relations issues and resolving conflicts in a fair and timely manner
  • Preparing and presenting HR-related reports to management
  • Ensuring the effective separation of employees, following established procedures

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in HR or a related field
  • Familiarity with HR-related laws and regulations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
