Strategic Human Resources Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing HR policies and procedures, as well as managing recruitment processes, employee records, benefits, compensation packages, performance evaluations, and resolving employee relations issues.
Key Responsibilities:- HR Policy Implementation: Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Recruitment Management: Manage the recruitment process, including resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
- Employee Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, performance evaluations, and benefits information.
- Benefits and Compensation: Manage employee benefits and compensation packages, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Performance Evaluations: Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to employees.
- Employee Relations: Resolve employee relations issues in a fair and timely manner, ensuring a positive work environment.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in HR or a related field.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
