Senior Growth Strategist

We are looking for a seasoned leader to spearhead the growth of our business over the next 24 months.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving multi-channel growth strategies, identifying new revenue streams and partnerships, and owning P&L responsibility.

  • Growth Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy across multiple channels (D2C, B2B, institutional, gifting, exports).
  • Revenue Streams: Identify and develop new revenue streams and partnerships to expand our brand reach.
  • P&L Ownership: Own P&L responsibility, revenue targets, and bottom-line discipline.

The Senior Growth Strategist will drive large institutional tie-ups, expand gifting programs, and explore international markets. They will also collaborate with internal and external teams on brand storytelling, campaigns, and product launches.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, supply chain, operations) to drive growth initiatives.
  • Establish clear SOPs and performance metrics for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to drive awareness through wellness, sustainability, and impact narratives.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to own P&L responsibility and drive revenue growth.
