Job Overview

This full-time position involves daily tasks associated with business planning in line with strategic objectives for expansion. The candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing business plans for multiple territories.
  • Implementing strategies to increase market share through brand awareness and advertisements.
  • Maintaining relationships with agencies, customers, and vendors.
Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning & Market Development:
    • Develop and execute business plans to increase market share.
    • Map opportunity markets and identify relevant products.
    • Drive short-term and long-term market penetration strategies.
  • Sales & Channel Management:
    • Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines to achieve sales targets.
    • Negotiate contracts with new vendors and clients.
    • Establish and manage relationships with agencies and customers.
  • Relationship & Stakeholder Management:
    • Develop and manage relationships with Modern Trade clients, vendors, and business partners.
    • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Marketing & Brand Development:
    • Implement brand awareness campaigns and product launches.
    • Collaborate with marketing teams to drive advertising and promotional activities.
  • Reporting & Analysis:
    • Prepare financial reports detailing sales performance, ROI, and profit margins.
    • Analyze market trends and customer data to inform business decisions.
