Insurance Business Leader

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the strategy and growth of our Life Insurance business. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the markets, trends, competitive landscape, and consumer behavior.
The Category Manager will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders in insurance companies, including executives, business development teams, and product managers. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive category-specific initiatives and optimize key metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market analysis and trend identification to inform category strategy
- Relationship building with insurance company stakeholders
- Performance monitoring and analysis to identify areas for improvement
- Cross-functional collaboration to drive category initiatives
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 4+ years of experience in a Fintech, Consumer Tech, or Financial services company
- MBA/Btech from a top-tier college
- Strategic thinking and analytical skills to evaluate partnership opportunities
- Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Passion for solving problems creatively
