Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Dehra Dun. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with clients, guiding them through insurance processes, addressing client inquiries and issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional day-to-day tasks include coordinating with internal teams to resolve client concerns, providing product knowledge and expertise, and meeting sales targets through developing new business opportunities.
Qualifications
- Client Relationship Management and Customer Service skills
- Sales and Business Development skills
- Effective Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Problem-Solving and Conflict Resolution skills
- Ability to perform well under pressure and prioritize tasks
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Experience in the health insurance or financial services industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field is preferred
